TERMS OF USE POLICIES
EIA 3-POINT BULLETPROOF GUARANTEE
At Equality In Arms Defensive Training LLC (“EIA”), we believe that every student deserves a fair, safe, and empowering learning experience. The following policy explains how our
EIA 3-POINT BULLETPROOF GUARANTEE applies, along with our refund and rescheduling guidelines.
1. WALK AWAY EMPOWERED – OR IT’S FREE
If you don’t leave your training session feeling safer, more confident, and empowered in your ability to protect yourself, you don’t pay. Just let us know before you leave why you were dissatisfied, and we’ll refund you in full.
Definition of Dissatisfaction
“Dissatisfaction” refers to a student’s reasonable belief that the training experience did not meet its stated purpose of helping them feel safer, more confident, and empowered through responsible firearms education.
To qualify for a refund under this policy:
You must communicate your dissatisfaction to the instructor before the end of the scheduled class. Refunds cannot be issued afterward or once certificates have been granted.
Your dissatisfaction must relate to the quality, delivery, or safety of the instruction.
Dissatisfaction does not include:
Disagreement with required state laws, policies, or curriculum standards.
Personal performance on the range, or outcomes not meeting your own expectations.
Issues related to personal lateness, or incomplete participation.
We understand that our training may not be the ideal for everyone and students who receive a dissatisfaction refund acknowledge that EIA may not be the right fit for their training goals. Refunds under this policy are final, and no rescheduling, rebooking, or future discounts will apply.
2. FREE CERTIFICATE REPLACEMENT – NO STRESS, NO SHAME
If you lose your certificate or miss your application window*, don’t worry.
As long as we can verify your attendance, we’ll issue a replacement certificate at no cost. Requests must include your full name, the class date, and (if possible) the location of training.
*Certificates for concealed carry expire 1 year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to request another in-person range visit to verify proficiency with a firearm if a significant amount of time has passed since the certificate expiration. We may deny a reissue of the certificate at our discretion if this request is denied.
3. DENIED A PERMIT? YOU GET A FULL REFUND
If your Florida concealed carry permit is denied for a reason not previously known to you, simply provide official proof of the denial within 30 days of notification. We’ll refund the amount of the Florida Concealed Carry + Legal Essentials class at time of purchase. Customers who purchased a bundled package will receive the going retail value of the concealed carry class at the time of purchase, not the value of the full bundle.
